This is the second day that my daughter is unable to delete mail from her inbox, or send any mail. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the browser and we tried installing it on a different pc and it still is not working.

Can you send an email to support@pikluk.com with your username and the child account name so that we can track this down. We’ve been able to verify things are working with our test accounts. This behavior may be a result of losing your internet connection at the time you are making changes. Thanks.
